-What is your lead time?

Normally, it will take us about 15-20 days for making your wedding dress, and you will receive it within another 5 work days after shipping. So total will be finished within 25 days.

-Why your prices so low?

We are the manufacturer of wedding apparel with rich experience. All the bridal gowns are made by our factory directly without any intermediaries. Since we are not retail shop or agent, there is no extra cost for employing sales, rent for shop or agent and so on, so we can offer cheaper prices on the designer wedding dresses.

-When should I order?

Usually, you will receive your designer wedding dress within 25 days after confirming your order you placed. So we suggest that please place your order one month before your wedding date to allow us more ample time for re-confirming, making and shipping your wedding gowns.

Generally speaking, if you have urgent time, just tell me, we also can make the?wedding gown according to your own required time. If like this, you need to pay extra on urgent fee if you want to receive the?wedding dress within 15 days.

-Can I cancel my order and change wedding dress after payment?

All wedding dresses can not be cancelled 24 hours that you purchase. You know we will make the dress according to your own measurements after your payment, so we can not change the dress and refund under any conditions.

So please kindly confirm your order with us like dress item, color, size and other special requirements before payment to assure you will get the one as you like.

-What are your payment methods?

You can pay by Paypal, Western Union and Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer).

When you choose Western Union and Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer), please kindly pay for the handling charges for transferring overseas’ payment services, so that our account will show your full payment.

For western union, usually we will receive your payment on the other day after you paid, but for Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer), usually we will receive your payment within 7 work days after your payment. And we will contact you when we received.

-How to measure myself?

Please enter into Measurement Guide, and then you will know how to get your size.

The customer shall be responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order extra length. Vivebridal can not assume any responsibilities for measurements. And it is normal to have about 2 inches difference between the dress you ordered and the dress you received.

-Can you make the dress according to the pictures I send?

Yes, you can! We welcome your coming pictures any time!

Firstly, please send us the pictures of the dress by email brideswardrobe@hotmail.com , we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible to offer you reasonable price including shipping cost to your country if we can make it for you.

-Can I get discount when I order in bulk?
