All our dresses are made according to your own measurements and color you want after your full payment, so we can not refund you after your purchase under any circumstances. Please confirm your order before you pay to assure that you will get the one as you like.

Please kindly contact us within 24 hours after receiving your dress and unless obvious quality problem with the dress you order that you can return the dress for refund, otherwise, we can not arrange return and refund to our customers.

If we agree to refund, you need to ship the dress back on your own account and also pay 30% amount you paid before for re-stock fee, because it is custom made dress that we can not re-sell. We only can refund you dress cost after receiving your returned dress in good condition (Please keep the condition of original dress we sent to you , We do not accept and refund the dress with any smoke, dirt, changes and so on) . We do not refund you the shipping cost you paid before.

We offer FREE REPAIR on your custom made dress! But you need to pay for the shipping cost when sending back to us, of course, re-shipping cost to you will be on our account.

Also we can not refund you if there are any changes from original picture you required on the dress and the measurements you given. You know we have no idea that if the measurements you given will fit you well, so please kindly understand us. To avoid the wrong measurements, we suggest you find a professional seamstress who will help you to measure yourself correctly.

We can not refund you the dress because ofcolor problem. Because color problem is not belong to OBVIOUS QUALITY PROBLEM.
